The objective is to form upright people by instilling ethical and moral values, as well as motivating self-esteem, empathy, and mutual respect among the LAF community.
Within the school calendar, the value of the month is indicated and teachers are trained to promote it and prevent bullying.

To support values and community living among students, three programs were created:
SuperKid

These programs seek to raise awareness and teach students
to live with values by practicing them daily.
SUPER KID (KINDER)
The program consists of recognizing and making each of the students feel special for a week, with the aim of integrating them, motivating their self-esteem and mutual respect. Each of the students will be a Super Kid for one occasion in the school year.
CONSCIOUS DISCIPLINE (KINDERGARTEN)
This is a socio-emotional program with the objective of teaching children how to regulate and manage their emotions to make better decisions that help them feel safe.

Conscious Discipline is supported by COBU (Human Development Curricular Program). Through this program, we seek for our students to experience feeling respected, valued for who they are, and thus learn to relate positively with others.
LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP
The program teaches our students the values with which our institution identifies, which are Empathy, Responsibility, Respect, Positivism, Generosity, Creativity, Love/Friendship, Honesty, Humility and Perseverance. The objective is to make students aware of the importance of harmony among everyone (students, staff, and community).
The program consists of recognizing LAF students who excel in the academic, behavioral, social and moral areas.
Every two months the most outstanding student in each classroom is distinguished as the winner of this program.
At the end of the school year, a LAF (Love And Friendship) Diploma is awarded to one winning student per grade.
This is the most important recognition that LAF gives to its students.
SOCIAL SERVICE
LAF organizes charitable visits with the goal of raising awareness among students about community needs and promoting social service.
It seeks that students, through this community aid, come to value their family and their environment.
We are proud to collaborate closely with two organizations on an ongoing basis:
- “La Alianza Anticáncer Infantil” LAF joins the “De la greña contra el Cáncer” (Hair Against Cancer) campaign. In this noble initiative, students have the opportunity to donate their braided hair, transforming it into beautiful wigs that will bring hope and strength to the brave little ones fighting a tough battle against cancer. With each braid donated, we share love and support with those who need it most.

- Fundación AMANEC: The LAF community participates in the “Corazón de Tapitas” campaign, which focuses on collecting plastic bottle caps to fund chemotherapy treatments. Each cap we collect is a tangible opportunity to improve the life of a child in their brave fight against cancer.
NUTRITION PROGRAM
LAF encourages good eating habits that help students' physical and mental development. The program promotes the eating of fruits and vegetables, teaching the advantages of a healthy diet.

ECOLOGY PROGRAM
LAF promotes an ecological culture among students and fosters the conservation of the planet.
Students actively participate in the collection of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), for the benefit of our environment.
Thanks to this Program, the entire LAF Family actively participates for the benefit of our planet.
